Met a guy on matrimonial site then decided to live together for few days and get marry but now boy is refusing to marry and i m 1month pregnant ..i need a suggestion on this

please file a criminal case against him in police station of establishing sexual relations on the pretext of fake marriage promise along with pressuring for the abortion.. keep your pregnancy report handy and other evidences like photos and all

Give complain to police about this act, sexual intercourse on promise of marriage is rape, after registration of case you should go for abortion with permission of court otherwise life of you and your child will be miserable. It is also possible that under police pressure he will marry you.

You can lodge an FIR on the basis of facts and you must be concern about the new laws so u can put up the complaint in better way or if u want to abortthe child the legal way is seeking the permission of court for abortion you have more option like to seek maintainance from himif you live in live in relationship with him or you can also file domestic violance case against him if you have agreement of live in relationship and you have more other option
