Looking for divorce from my wife

My wife's 2nd marriages with me. She has already divorcee. Now we are living separately. She made false allegation such as characterless etcI have purchased a car on her name. But today police force me to take key and handover to my wife. nnPlease help how can I take divorce.

first of all you make a application district magistrate and SSP maker complaint and and section 9 process ID in related Court if section 9 is when you go to the diverse degree agar aap ki wife ke naam se Karke paper Hain to use uska per aapka right Nahin Banta Pushkar ko aapko to Dena hi hoga kar ki EMI Aapke Kaun se Kati hai to aap use account ki statement ko Lekar divers mein fayda Utha sakte ho ok thank you

apne divorce petition filled kiya h abhi ya nahi ye bataye saath hi ap sabse pahle ssp ko application de ke vo apko false dowry and harreseement ke case mai fasane ki dhamki de rahi hai police ke pas na ja kar court ki help le apko court se hi relief milega

If you want to divorce from your wife then you shale have to file the divorce petition concern court where you live. If any person want the divorce from the other person then he can file Divorce petition in the ģround of cruelity.

kindly file the divorce case under section 13 of HM Act on the grounds of desertion and cruelty and take the efficacious relief from the court or file the case under section 9 Of HM Act as per ur choice ....
