Loan repayment after divorce

I am planning to divorce my husband who is a businessman. He has taken many loans in my name some of which I am not even aware of. I do not have any income of my own.
How do i ensure that I am cleared of all loans after the divorce.
Before signing any document, for divorce, get everything cleared in writing be it from bank and husband so that in future incase if you are hauled up, you can very well sue the bank and your husband plus there is trick if you want can use your husband to pay them after divorce too if he tries to harass you somehow
