My wife had filed a case of domestic violence in the year 2010.i had been accused of domestic violence and its been proved by her in the court.the current situation is i am giving her interin maintenance from 2012. My RCR got rejected. Mediation also faiiled.i have filed a divorce petition..section 13 WILL I GET A DIVORCE NOW? My life ihas become miaerablw What to do.On which grounds can i get a divorce..please reply
yes if court satisfied by your openion and your advocate strongly produced sufficient fround lf divorce then court will pass the divorce order under section section 13 Hindu merriage act.
