Legally married but living separate

08-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
We married 7 years ago in a delhi court. We were provided a stamp paper which has my mother's name as my father's name (by mistake). The paper stated that the marriage will take place later at a aryasamaj mandir based on hindu intercaste marriage laws but it never happened. We never lived together or consummated the marriage. The boy is now denying a divorce. Is the marriage valid for annulment?

Dear client,
Very surprising Court can not give you such paper of marriage, which stating that marriage will happen by Arya samaj and that will be your marriage proof. Also you say that such had not happend till now. Hence , marriage did not performed.
you can contact for the same legal needful advice further from this platform.
Thanks.
