Please advice what should I do.
If she is not living with you then you make a case of conjugal rights against him to come back to the house and live with u.
If this case starts up then she won't make any false case against u because this means she is not living with u.
Moreover about property never transfer the houseon her name or any property.

You can file a case of restitution of conjugal rights under which you are asking your wife to come back and live with you. it is the remedy to bring her back you can also go for mediation in the process and maybe a counselling will help her understand that marriages Are all about sharing and caring. regarding the Mahila Thana you can go to there without any Any hesitation and incase the Restitution petition is filed before you go that is ie prior to 23rd you can tell them that you Have take a civil remedy for resolution and even they can close the complaint
incase the same cannot be filed before that you can request them to mediate the matter between you as you would like to continue living with your wife and tell your other issues over there in the police station they will help.

First of all, file an anticipatory bail application so that in future if she makes complaint of serious nature against you or lodges F.I.R against you, you will not be arrested. If your wife has withdrawn without any reasonable excuse & is not willing to stay with you and you wish that she should stay with you then you can file a RCR petition under section 9 of H.M.A. The act of your wife amounts to cruelty and it is a ground for divorce.
