Q: Clarification on share of daughter in grandmother's property

Sir , the property was offered by their grandmother which was her father's property . Their grandfather have different property also but sisters want share from grandmother's property ! But their brothers hold up the mutation on their names so what should we do ?

U have not specified from where they have done mutation municipal records or DDA or any other. Yes daughter can claim it's share for that both the authority, brothers and ant other legal heir will be sued.



Q: Interim Compensation in Cheque Bounce case

Bill on Interim compensation in cheque bounce case is just approved. So the complainant can claim a max of 20% of the cheque amount as Interim compensation. I have a case which is undergoing trial in one of the Delhi Courts. The accused has just taken bail from the magistrate. My question is that in my case can I request for Interim compensation as per the recently approved law ? If yes then what is the procedure.?

It depends on the case and scenario of yours and the other party.If both pArties get agree then mAtter can be dissolved early. In case of compromise.But minimum time is in case of mutual consent ie within few weeks.



Q: File case u/s 340 against a lady & her husband for filing false case

Hi, a lady filed a false molestation case against my friend by tieing up with cops. During trial she and her husband disposed contradictory statement about time and place of registering the FIR in comparison to statement given by IO in Court. Does the contradiction qualifies for registering a case against them us 340. If yes what is the procedure?
