how much time taken to get judgementin maintenance case i am very poor my father's mentally situation is not correct and my mother was expired plz help me

आप कितने भी गरीब क्यों ना हो और आपके माता-पिता की भी स्थिति कैसी भी क्यों ना हो, आपको अपनी पत्नी तथा बच्चों (यदि हैं तो) को भरण-पोषण देना ही होगा।
