Legal notice sent by husband for divorce . How to rply and how to deal

Meri shadi ko 1saal 6 mnth ho gye h. Or day first se Kuch thk ni rha mother in law ka behaviour bhut khrab rha.husband ne ab legal notice bheja hai. Husband ne mere phn me mere ek frnd k sath call history detail dekhi or allegations lgaya k mai cheat kr rhi hu . Muje ab kya krna chahiye plz help me

aa you told that ur husband need divorce to you just on behalf of call detail. it cannt be A ground of divorce apart from this u first of all it does matter what you want and most important you need to reply that notice and show your clear intention

Hello you will have to contest the divorce case. You can file either petition for restitution of conjugal rights if you want to live with him or file complaint under domestic violence act regarding any physical emotional, financial abuse and petition for maintenance under 125 CRPC .if there is any demand of dowry you can get FIR registered under section 498 a IPC.
