Q: unable to pay two wheeler loan

my friend has a debt with some two wheeler loan of Rs. 31000. and he needs to get bail so how will be the fee which an advocate will charge and what all are the requirements to get the bail.

If ur bail has been granted thn on the filing of chalan u need to give bail bonds and surety bonds in the court...for that u need a person who owned a car (not on loan) nd his adhar card and 2 passport size photographs....nd 1 person for identify to the surety person....nd give it to the trial court

Q: Name put in a suicide note because of jealousy

I was having a relationship with a young married woman. After some time I wanted to move out as it was already the wrong. So asked her but she started threatening to call my family or to do suicide. After some time she got this delusion that I am having an affair with another girl. After some time she did suicide and put the other girls name in suicide.What would be further procedure in the case. What will happen to the girl who has done actually nothing as both have never met with each other at all.

Only u can proceed the case nd file the documents in your favour...after the finl argument u only can get relief from the court...if case has filed already....othr then this in police investigation if she found inocent thn also police can cacelled the report of that case

I have filed mutual divorce under section 13b but know my wife is refusing after first motion and 50% of final settelment is given to her ,now she is demanding more money,suggest what to do

Have u gone through the MOU before 1st motion??bcoz no one can breach the MOU othrwise u can take ur money back from her or reopened all your case...dont wry if she is doing wrong wd u thn u can submit it before the court on your nxt date of motion

Mein mutual understanding se divorce lena chahti hu. To mujhe kya krna hoga. Ladke waale keh the ki tum stamp paper pr affidavit banwakar le aao hum sign kr denge. Ladke ki aisi condition nahi hai ki wo court aa sake. To kya mujhe court jakar stamp lekar kya matter likhwana hoga aur uske baad notary se attest krwana hoga kya pls koi bataye mujhe kya krna chahiye
