Legal notice received for appear

If wife send a legal notice for court appear in court where cause is not mentioned other than matrimonial issue. What are the procedure to follow to proceed further.

it's is summon not a legal notice....you have to appear on date whatever mentioned in summon ..you should hire advocate and take legal advice before appearing before the court that he may guide you or act on behalf of you...for further information you can connect with me

As you have mentioned in your problem that you have received a legal notice from the court on behalf of your wife, so as far as I am concernedI believe that you may have received a notice under Domestic Violence or Section 125 CrPC for maintenance from your wife, in which you should file a written objection on your behalf

if you received a notice from the court. then go to concern court and consult to a advocate there for inspection of file. or you can appear on the date mentioned in notice. and demand a petition copy from petitioner. if notice get from any advocate then need to give a reply notice..as soon as possible.

If the court notices your appearance in the court, you need to approach the court before the due date, go through the file of your case, not file ws with your reply. Advocate Ranjeet Sonker Allahabad high court
