Legal Advice on Separation and Notice

I need assistance with separation from my wife. We live in the USA, and I’ve advised her to return to India, but her parents haven’t confirmed their support. I seek your help in sending a legal notice to her parents and understanding the implications regarding custody and finances. Please let me know a convenient time to discuss.

There of no purpose in Sending legal notice to parents and no relief you get under the law so better explore other options and solutions, if there is a child you may end up in paying maintenance and if you decided to separate you may file divorce petition

I understand your questions so now you want to separate from your wife right so you are mentaly prepare for divorce you can send legal notice to her and she is not ready to givt the mutual you can file a case at court independently also like contest divorce and marriage date is important to take divorce and required documents is important

Dear Sir, If you are staying in Abroad then you have to execute Power of Attorney in favour of your relative or friend residing in India. Thereafter, get issue a legal notice to your wife then file a Divorce case or judicial separation case against for her criminal acts and desertions if any. Thus, you may win the case as early as possible.
