Sir/Madam i file a appeal for divorce case in High court. my advocate has taken all the necessary document and told me that notice has sent to my wife but when i checked online it is showing, the case was dismisses(FA320/17). when i talk to my lawyer he said that the net is having some issue. today almost 4 month passed but notice wwas not arrived in my wife's house. so i want to know that was my lawer was lying? if yes then what should i do?
It is always suggested that you contact the lawyer in person because there can be miscommunication regarding your case so go to the lawyer and talk to him to get more clearity in your case instead to settle your claim

As per ur case u have to file it first on family court and then it goes for high court. First u need to have check it online. If you have got it that ur case has been dismissed then u need to file ur case in family court.
