Judicial separation while divorce is pending

Can the court pass order for judicial separation for one-sided request? what is the timeline? Points: 1.Divorce is pending since 5yrs. 2.stuck due to Joint Property as the spouse is not ready for mutual agreement on division of property. 3.Spouse not willing to live together nor shown any such interest in court.4.unless all property is transferred, the spouse is not willing to agree for divorce or legal separation.
You are at liberty to file an application seeking Judicial Separation froom your spouse, stating that the spouse is not living with you since last five years. The existence of the property dispute shall be settled by the court through mediation then.
