Judicial separation and divorce

I got married on last month 24th of November 2018. Left for Honeymoon 1st December. On december 4th night my husband beaten me cause he was fully drunk. I wasn’t aware of this that he can consume alcohol this much. I left him next morning and came to my own parents. Now he and his family accusing me and pressuring me to give a sign on a stamp paper for mutual separation. Wat should I do ? I also want to leave separately . So I told them to wait until I talk to my lawyer... wat would I do know??

Do not sign on any document, nor file divorce, false allegations will come running towards there are various ways in which it can be handled, first is get hold of a doctors certificate for which you got beaten, some injury must have happened
