joint physical custody of child

we have applied for mutual divorce and is under process. mediation is going on. the child is presently under the physical custody with her mother. i want the joint physical custody for say 6 months child will stay with me and next 6 months with his mother. can i make these changes or amendments in settlement deed during mediation. what are the legality associated and the chances that this will be agreed by other party . if doesnt agree what actions i can take. we both are staying in noida

yes you can amend your settlement deed during mediation you both may agree for child custody as according to their own if you both want that child to stay with both parents either by way of common guidance or by separate guidance you both friend do it if you have further queries kindly contact

if you want joint custody of the child that the court will proceed yes u can make amendments but has to be signed by both parties you are staying in noida u can divide half half then half the time you can spend and half she can spend

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that either if you want to take the custody of the child do give an application for that and amicably both can go for visitation rights or in OTS handover the custody to any one amicably as per my suggestion second one is better for both for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.
