Is Section 9 helpful after one councelling

My wife wants to trouble me and my parents for false accusations, we had one councelling the next date is after 15 days but she will register case as per her intension. If I use section 9 for my constitutional right. Will this help me?

Section 9 is not a constitutional right, but just a legal right. This is not much useful because it cannot be enforced. which case broght you to counselling ? has your wife wild any criminal complaint against you all ?

1. during counselling also you can file a case against your spouse no problem. 2. the case in sec 9 also can be filed by you but it is not a strong case to defeat your wife's case 3. you must protect yourself and your family by filing a proper case against your spouse.
