In Court it is mandatory to represent yourself through a lawyer. there are formats which need to be followed legally, and advocates are well known with the facts and formats and hence it becomes easy to represent the case in court. For details plz dm. Thanks

Only an AoR can file the reply in Supreme Court. For you to appear in person and argue your own case, you’ll need special permission. I would suggest that you engage a counsel and get it filed through them. Feel free to reach out for any further assistance.

This is correct. In SC any filing related work can only be done via AoR. When you already have a lawyer there is no need to appear in person or as party in person only to submit reply affidavit in the registrar court

In the Supreme Court, the submission of reply affidavits or other documents is typically done through an advocate-on-record (AOR). A party-in-person is generally not allowed to interact directly with the Registrar unless they have been granted permission to appear as a party-in-person by the Court. If your lawyer is an advocate-on-record, they are correct that they need to file the reply affidavit on your behalf. Ensure that the affidavit is filed within the stipulated time frame to avoid default. If you wish to represent yourself, you must apply for permission to appear as a party-in-person and follow the prescribed procedure.
