Q: Execution order not being executed
My lawyer is not appearing in court for execution order case for last 3 dates. Is he waiting to get the case ex parte or he is playing from respondent side. What should I do to get the RERA order executed
Advocate Vidit Agarwal answered
Get a new lawyer. Ex parte order does not happen because your lawyer does not appear. That is how the execution gets dismissed. You should consider hiring someone who is able to appear regularly on your behalf and get the work done in an expeditious manner.

If his conduct is abusive or defamatory, you have the option to take legal steps such as sending a formal legal notice to him, or even filing a complaint if his behavior amounts to harassment. Further, if you wish to formally separate your personal and financial matters, there are legal remedies available under family law that can be pursued through court.

Q: Property & will releated query
Hi,My son is died and his wife remarried to someone and has two kids. I have another son with his wife and tw0 kids. We have one property. Now my query is that my died son's wife remarried. Can she claim in our esisting property? We dont want to give her any share as she has already taken all belongings, LIC , Cash & jewellery..Also her behaviour was very bad towards us and without any information she remarried. What steps wwe should taken to secure this?
Advocate Vidit Agarwal answered
You ex- daughter in law cannot claim any right in the property owned by you. She might have had maintenance rights, but since she has remarried, that right also does not subsist anymore. Although, if your late son had any children, they would have a right in their ancestral property but not any property acquired by you. Feel free to reach out for further assistance.
Q: DDA flat in Mother'and my name

Advocate Vidit Agarwal answered
There are multiple documents that can be executed to get the DDA flat, owned by your mother, transferred in your name. Relinquishment deed is one example.
