02-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi AllI am bit confused about this process and getting mixed answers i am asking specific for lucknow citynnMy question:nAfter filling charge sheet it is compulsory to get regular bail if i already taken AB?nCharges in FIr - 498a , 3/4 and 504Thanks
Hello...
Bail is filed only when the peraon is in jail...and not otherwise... And anticipatory bail application is filed when there is an anticipation that you can be arrested.... so that person takes relief that no arrest should be made....
If you will be arrested and put in jail then your dear and near ones will put application(bail) for your release from jail....
Thank You...

I am practisener at lucknow high court i can help you out in dealing with FIR filed under section 498A you need not to go for bail or any sort of legal proceedings at lower courts in my opinion you should just file a FIR quashing at high court your case will be referred to mediation centre where you will may have chance to sort out in the presence of mediator till then you proceeding will be stayed at lower court and in most of the cases matrimonial nature case are solved in mediation at high court feel free to contact me
