I got mutual divorce through nagar panchayat before 13 years..is it legaly valid or what..?
no its not legal valid .only courts grant valid divorce.panchayat has no power to give valid divorce.if suppose some one want divorce then he or she file divorce in court.with mutual consent you can file under section 13b hma before family court

dear client, this is not a valid divorce. if you want proper divorce. you will have to get it from court only. it can be said only will full desertion. you should engage a counsel a apply for mutual consent divorce.
