is it possible to get the divorce within a year

Is it possible to get the divorce within a year. The reason is my wife is not taking care of my parents and abusing them often. I got married that my wife has to take care of me and my parents. But, it's not happening. So, I don't want to continue the life with her. Even she doesn't want my parents to stay with us. I am the only son for them. Hence I want to get divorce within a year. She is earning 25k per month. But, she wanted 50 lacs as alimony. Can I avoid alimony in this case? Could you please guide me.

if you not like live with her mean you can file divorce sir but they ask alimony 50lakh mean you don't worry we will fight court and contested divorce mean 1year is not possible to get divorce sir

according to sec 13(b) only the cooling period can be condoned by following the orders of the hon'ble apex court. in other cases if both parties cooperate for divorce proceedings it could be completed within a reasonable period. it is not assured about the completion of court proceedings.
