In laws and husband provokes me and then records the voice

Hello, I was married in 12/12/09. From the first day they were pressurising me for dowry. Unable to give they started to taunt and separate me from them. I have a 5 year old son and want divorce and maintenance. Kindly help I am Hindu.They provoke me and then record my voice and face. On asking they say they are doing it for their safety.
Please confirm what is all about recording. If you want maintenance it is your right but for getting it you have to file a case in family court of your district. Secondly it is not clear as Who want divorce if you want it again you have to file a seperate petition for getting divorce in same family court of your district. Please for any query u may call me.

you have legal right to seek divorce as well as custody of your child. you can also claim maintenance from your husband. you can also file a criminal case against the wrongdoers for harassment and dowry demand, if it is there.

Under Hindu marriage Act there are provisions under section 13 under which you could seek Divorce ,beside that under dowry prohibition act could also be initiated .
