Impact of Getting Divorce regarding Alimony or Maintenance and the pr

I am living with my wife in Delhi since marriage from October 2018. I have got 7 months old baby girl. There are scenes (domestic quarrels) after which I am thinking of getting divorce.
I want to know how the divorce can be started and implications being husband.
1. What would be alimony or maintenance ?
2. I own nothing except paternal house in Uttrakhand village. I earn INR 20,000/- per month (Cab Driver) and have no property. My wife is also housewife.

if you are certain of getting a divorce then there are various ways to go about it. you can file for mutual divorce, the terms of which can be decided by both of you. if you are going to court, there can be various implications like cross-cases and demand for money. answering your queries,
