I'm HIV positive I need divorce

I'm HIV positive 3.5years of marriage. After 6 month of marriage I got know that I'm hiv positive but my husband didn't get infected. Only me and husband know about this. But my in-laws are not good. I can't handle anymore. I want divorce. Is my HIV become issue get divorce.
No it can not be a hindrance to get divorce. Without stating your health reasons, and if your husband agrees for divorce mutual consent petition for divorce may be filed. In the petition there is no necessity to state the reason for divorce.

no as you are suffering from Hiv it becomes more easy for you to get divorce so better file a petition for divorce, if your husband is ready for divorce file mutual consent divorce and if your husband is not ready then file a case for divorce against him and get a divorce, you can also ask for your maintenance or permanent aliomny from your husband.
