Im 30 yrs old Seeking advice on divorce and its consequences under Hi

We got married in 2012 and have 2 boys 7 and 4. My husband is alcoholic and very abusive. Controlling and Dominating. Dont let me go anywhere. I visit my parents once in 6 to 8 months while they stay only half an hr away. My husband never helps in any responsibility. He never takes care of children infact has never attended their PTM. He drink s regularly for many days 20 or 25 in between he only eat hardly 2 time. Infact today also it 10th day of his regular drinking and he has only eaten few biscuits since then. He is very abusive alwys use foul language. Disrespects me and my family. Fights all the time. It gives bad impressions to the kids. He has joint business with father so he never bothers to go for work in a disciplinary manner. He has no plans for future. If i say i wnt to so smthng he always says no. He gives me very less money. My parents are financially weak. That is the only reason which stops me from taking any strong step. He is rich and already had an accident case on

hello mam i have read ur full problem in the above query you have sent . in the present sinario been a women you have much more rights as compared to mans . as you are countinously harrassed by your husbans in terms of money , drinking, not working , as well as physical harrasment as well which is been countinued . since your marriage as well as he never fullfill any of his reponsibility either for you or for his childrens . in my view the best us you should immidiatelly file cases againat him like d v , maintinance for you abd for ur child as well , you can also fule 498 a also . to making him understand the rights of wife and childrens. you can file money will not be a issue .
