If you are a Hindu by religion & both you and your wife are willing for divorce then you can file for divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. If your wife is not willing for Divorce then you can file a contested divorce petition before the family court of competent jurisdiction.

If your wife also wants divorce from you then you can file a mutual consent divorce petition in which you guys can obtain a decree of divorce from the court within 1-2 months depending upon the disputes pending or resolved
