i want to file mutual divorce (with my husband's agreement) .

01-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi,ni got married on 15/01/22 and since then the roller-coaster ride strated from the 3rd day of marriage. I now want to go for mutual divorce after discussion with my husband and his family's agreement asap. marriage was in the gurudwara hence got certificate and photo of social marriage. reasons in short - daily alcohol and weed + smoking addiction issues and anger issues of husband with being extremely abusive and violent, threatning habits, out of control, hand raising, trust and lying issues and looking for call girls. a lot of these traits were not told to me before marriage. before marriage a different personality was shown to me. too much of mental and emotional and physical torture already done. i have given numerous chances to see changes before taking this decision. i dont want any alimony and i had to go for abortion due to passive smoking health issues, and hence i dont want to wait for a year or so to get divorced as all i want is peace, i dont want 1 year separation.

the law of the land and the statute states that one year is mandatory without which filing of divorce and granting of divorce will not be permissible until and unless you decide to move upto higher courts where there is such provision which is specially considered and there are recent judgements on it too
