There is no difference in Law for filing/ getting divorce between a love marriage and arranged marriage. If both parties agree on all terms mutual consent case can de filed. Otherwise, one showed have evidence for prvouing the reason ( ground) for divorce.

if your married for over one year you can file for divorce and better to send legal notice first or agree for mutual consent divorces you can file from jurisdiction court where you are residing hope you got the answer

if love or arrange you can file case against her for divorce based on the what kind problem you facing from her and is there any children based on the marriage if yes than they may ask maintenance case against you
