No online process for filing the divorce petition your presence should be required for filing the divorce petition because the sign should be required and. 1. You can file divorce petition before the Hon'ble Court in person or through a lawyer and the process is established in every state according to high court rules 2. you can file online but a physical copy must be filed before court to proceed further. Only online filing is of no value
