I want that that my daughter will separate and men will punish.

20-Sep-2023 (In Divorce Law)

my daughter is in relationship of a man who is already married and has 2 sons 1 daughter. his wife is also live. we are not interested but my daughter is not ready. boy has cheated with my daughter. Man cheated that he is not living his wife. what should be do. if we complain, our reputation is lost or if we complain, man's family will finish. kindly advise

If the wife of the man is living the marriage is impossible and it is not a valid one. If he gets divorce the story may be different. The only option is to convince your daughter that even if she marries that will be a void marriage and has no recognition. You can always file a written legal complaint against that man and held him under cheating and criminal breach of trust.

Since you are not seeking any legal recourse then the only option left is to convince your daughter. Also if the man is Hindu then it is a criminal offence that he is involved with your daughter. If you do not wish to move to court or police then sending a legal notice warning the other side to refrain himself from any further communication with your daughter could be an option. A criminal case will be filed against the man with the different section of the IPC , if the conditions satisfied bigamy will be also imposed which is penal in nature. Adequate compensation will also be provided to you .
