if both the spouse are willing to dissolve their marriage and get the degree of dissolution of marriage from the court then both have to file the petition before the court and for resolution of marriage mutually
in case of mutual divorce it's takes at least 6 month to dissolve their marriage

Aap Allahabad mein divorce file kar sakti hain agar yahan aap ab reh rahi hain aur yeh aapka residence proof ban jata hai. Do saal ki separation ke baad aap Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ke Section 13(B) ke tahat mutual consent divorce ke liye apply kar sakti hain, jo 6 mahine mein final ho sakta hai. Agar mutual consent nahi hai, toh contested divorce file karna hoga jo thoda samay le sakta hai, lekin separation period aapke case ko mazboot banayega.

Hi There,
First of all both of you should try for mutual divorce , if one party is not ready, you will have to initiate other legal proceedings,
one more thing, you can not file your case in Allahabad if both of you have not resided together or married in Allahabad,
if your husband Agree, it will take only 6 months divorce
