District court fixed permanent maintenance order and recovery warrant is filed.husband files recall how much time recall will take 3-4 months or more.while recall is going on judge will order husband to give monthly maintenance fixed or not. Without payment he will drag recall case.Is it possible.Already he is not paying anything since 2 yrs.how much more he can delay.Mediation after recall. If wife refuse mediation he will start paying.Ater recovery warrant only he will pay.6 and12 yrs involved

Q: Quashing and mediation process

I applied for quashing, high court send for mediation, before meditation I have to pay some money to wife. Now 1. what will happen there ? (I will not pay any single penny to her, how I put my points by keeping my image clear there)2.Should I take printout of all proofs for that or I will show them in my mobile if required ( are the proofs will submited there ?)3. I think mediation will fail 99 % what will happen next after that ? How court decide that case will be continued or quashed ?

hi there it seems you are a very anxious and vigilant person that's why you have asked such questions but as far as we talk about the procedure and guidelines and orders issued by the court we will have to follow that, paying in Mediation doesn't mean she is getting money for fun, actually this is that amount only for expenses she can not have any single penny for this, and this amount is used to deposit to make her present in your proceedings and before that this is a middle procedure

Q: A three year old Child slapped by his school teacher

I saw in my mobile school's cctv camera a teacher slapping my 3 year old kid who is the student of nursery in school. I don't have recording of the incident. Wat action should I take against the teacher n the management?
