what I have understood from your query you are moving from a very critical situation neither of mother in law know your husband have any emotion and love for you in this case there is no use to continue your marriage . but still I prefer to say file divorce petition only when you observe there is no chance of any improvement in behaviour your husband meanwhile you can also go for domestic violence case against your husband and mother in law and seek good relief of maintenance and a shelter for you thanks a lot

Hello, you can file a mutual consent divorce petition if things aren't working between both of you. Also, you can file contesting petition for divorce against your husband before family court. You have to live seperately to initiate proceedings against your husband.

hi

in this case you can approach magistrate court for protection from domestic violence by filing an application under domestic violence act. in the said application you can avail various reliefs such as protection from violence, residential rights, maintenance, compensation, streedhan etc

you can also proceed to file divorce petition before the family court

Sorry to know about your situation. You may file for divorce of you wish to part ways . If you have metted with domestic violence then you may file a complaint under domestic violence act before the magistrate....
