I Want Divorce But Husband Not ready to give

I got legally married on 13Mar 2017 however I never reside in his house as our social marriage not done. After registration I have noticed that his behavior is very rude towards me and my family. They also demanded a flat while our date for social marriage going to fix. So I decided nt to stay with him and call off my marriage. When I told the that I want divorce, he is saying that he will not to give me divorce at any cost.. So I have ladge 498A case as they demanded for flat from my parents as dowry and filed contested divorce pitition. Can u please tell me whether I m in right track or not. In addition to that how much time it will take to get divorce decree? People in our locality saying that for money I have filed the case where I haven't demand for a single penny from them. I never lived in his house nor our social marriage done. Still for 1 sign in resistry paper how much I have to suffer?
If you already filed contested divorce petition before the court then in my opinion you can file a case under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for your maintenance. And without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.
