Hi I have read your query carefully and I can understand in which circumstances you are living. First of all tell me in detail that where your parents are living and if you will take any action then in case they will support you or not. legally you can file a criminal complaint against your husband and his other family members for cruilty and harassment for demand of dowry under section 498 IPC and 3/4 Dowry act. You can also file a petition against your husband under domestic violence act. You can also file a petition against your husband under section 125 crpc for maintenance of you and your children. After filing these cases you can file petition for divorce on ground of cruelty against your husband, All previous cases of 498A and domestic violence will be beneficial to prove the ground of cruelty in court.
