I want alimony and maintenance for my 1 month son

I need advice regarding alimony nI was married last year in July and eventually pregnancy happened now i have a son of 1 month old and in laws torture me mentally and emotionally husband is jobless and does things according to his mother and sister whatever they teach him he does. Right after marriage husband started fighting and then with the help of in laws husband started planning plotting against me always recording me whatever i do making things against me. I am sick of all this non sense now i want peace and want to raise my baby alone and peacefully. In laws are very double faced all this time during my pregnancy they tortured me by not giving food on time and not providing necessities also i was advised for bed rest by the doctor so they started taunting me of not doing anything and just laying on bed giving me all the stress and tention which led to miscarriage like situation so many times and also had my baby prematurely delivered because of this tention . yes you can go for maintenance .. only you have to file a case for divorce but the things is your husband is ready for that mutual divorce or not .. and tell me what is your husband background i mean he is able to pay .. properties and all .. all the things are needed to be discussed for proper legal assistance... and it will help you.. collect evidence which will help you in your case .. call me for further discussion I have all the facts for strong case against him and in my way I will go for two cases mental and physical harassment and after that divorce ..be calm.. everything will be fine soon..

1. U can file a plaint in the court under sec 125 crpc to get the alimony for ur child and yours also
2. in the situation of torturing by ur laws and husband u can file a another petition under Domestic violence act
in both petition u can get alimony .Both petition file together
3.U can also file a complaint in Mahila thana or women cell near by u
