I need help regarding my divorcee plz help me

I am a girl from the sehdule caste, I am divorced from my husband as per my caste rules in front of our parents and elderones four people. bt now I need a certificate for further jobs and other things, what should I do now

divorce is something which can be obtained from the court only. only in case when the couple is a muslim law follower, divorce can be done without going to the court. any agreement or any other form of divorce is illegal. so the couple can move a joint application for mutual divorce before the court and obtain divroce with mutual consent.

You should file under section 13 Hindu marriage act and application before family court and you get divorce aap schedule cost ki hun ya schedule tribe ki aapko Hindu marriage act ke andar hi divorce case filel karna padega

if an agreement has furnished for the divorce by both of you than this agreement will work for that everywhere. you don't need any certificate for the same. court doesn't release any certificate for divorce it only pass a judgement with decree and this decree work as a certificate.
