family member consist of 3 sister and two brother. Father ,who is sole owner of property ,which was earned by own earned money and died with registered will in favour of both son and spouse.What are legal procedure to change owner name as per will.

अगर पिता की प्रॉपर्टी कृषि भूमि है तो संबंधित तहसील में बहुत ही नामांतरण हेतु आवेदन प्रस्तुत करें उसमें अपने समस्त भाई बहनों के आधार कार्ड पहचान पत्र पेश करें तहसीलदार को तीन आमंत्रण सभी भाई बहनों के नाम से कर अगर प्रॉपर्टी रेवासी मकान तो संबंधित नगर पालिक निगम या ग्राम पंचायत में फौती नामांतरण हेतु सभी भाई बहनों के परिचय पत्र के साथ आवेदन आपका नामांतरण हो जाए आप बिल की कॉपी भी लगाएं अगर बिल में पिता ने कोई स्पेसिफिक नाम दिए हैं तो उनके नाम पर नामंत्रण हो जाएगा

Hi, there is a property whose registry wasn't done, it's an office. My father bought that property, we have all the papers of that office except registry. It's been also said that the building in which he bought the office is in dispute. Not a single office in that building has registry. My father had a friend who currently has a power of attorney where my father has signatures on that paper. He did that back in 2011. After that my father died. And that person has illegally acquired our property. He keeps saying he has power of attorney. What is the current scenario. ? Is it still ours ? We have allotment letter of that office and all payment evidences. What chance is there ? Can we get it back ?

आपके पिता की डेथ के बाद उनकी पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी की कोई वैल्यू नहीं है और आप अटॉर्नी मृत्यु के बाद ऑटोमेटिक समाप्त हो जाती है और अगर इस आधार पर पिता की मृत्यु के पश्चात पावर ऑफ अटॉर्नी का उपयोग कर आपके पिता के मित्र ने अगर कोई प्रॉपर्टी का ट्रांसफर कराया है या सेल डीड कराई है तो उसे आप कोर्ट के माध्यम से समाप्त करवा सकते हैं

Q: ilegal construction over common passage

few months ago i have started construction on my plot. till now 5ft wall has been erected. yestereday my neighbours have filed a complaint before tehsildar that i have enroached on common passage. total common passage is of 10ft., out of which my two neightbours have enroached on 4ft by constructing spectic tank and garden on it. while i have enroached just 1ft. also my total area of plot is 5000ft while my neighbours have enroached 500ft of that area as well. kindly suggest to how avoid stay order and deal with it.
