i need divorce with my husband due to is impotence ?

i'm not ready for marriage and i married with my parents force . after that my parents and i get to known that they told everything is not true about finacal status and job . my husband is not good in sex also , erectal disfunction need to tested . im not willing to be with him . i need divorce and im planning to go aboard for my higher studies .

Hello, You will need to file Divorce before concerned Family Court. If you are sure regarding Impotency then have to prove it with documents. If not on ground of cruelty, divorce can be obtained. For futher discussion can reach out.

hi you could file for divorce on the grounds of physical and mental cruelty and on ground that there is no comptability between you both and that on those grounds you could file for divorce on those grounds

we can sweet divorce on more than 1 ground in capable of having sex and also financial disability this any kind of domestic violence which is involved that also can be added however since you want to go abroad for education purpose this case has to be handled by means of filing a case and also doing a mediation .

If u want to divorce him first of all he is impotent or not we should send him for test . If he is impotent u will get divorce easily I The marriage will come under null and void So first of all u need to be clear about u then only things will happen accordingly
