Q: Misleading confirmation by booking platform causing extra payment

I booked amusement park tickets through an online booking platform and later requested a date change. Multiple customer support executives clearly confirmed that no extra payment would be required at the venue if the app price remained the same. Based on this assurance, I did not sell the tickets. Later, the platform changed its statement and asked me to pay an extra ₹700. I have chat screenshots and call recordings as proof. Q: Best option on Registered Will to prove in absence of Witness in case

My Father wrote a Will having Registered with 2 witnesses in 2017. My Father is still alive and both Witness may travel to Saudi (Abroad) and settle there soon. In Future, the witnesses may not be available when they are required after my Father. High possibility to challenge the Will by my sisters. Can the witness give written statement about the same get notarized by lawyer or My Father himself can state the same and get notarized by lawyer. what best options i have?

atleast keep one local witness and get it registered. Any which ways probate of will is not done in all states. Only Registered Will can be used later during declaration suits before concerned Civil Court.

Q: Divorce and property issues and seek khula

We had been separated since 2019.My Divorce case is in the Court and My ex isn't settling for fair settlement of properties. He is having assets in Hyderabad, India. And California considers assets bought during marriage as Community property that has to be shared 50-50. He is delaying the settlement since 2022 .I have 2 questions: 1. If I seek khula, will it effect my rights on the assets in my divorce case in US?2. Can I claim the Indian property in India which includes my money. too.

You question is not clear. Your case needs detailed scrutiny and also if you claiming share in Husband property then the documents has be scrutinized to verify whether you have right over it or not. Q: i need divorce with my husband due to is impotence ?

i'm not ready for marriage and i married with my parents force . after that my parents and i get to known that they told everything is not true about finacal status and job . my husband is not good in sex also , erectal disfunction need to tested . im not willing to be with him . i need divorce and im planning to go aboard for my higher studies .
