I have lost my divorce decree that was filed in Bangalore in 2008

Can you please advise how I can receive a copy of my divorce decree that was sanctioned in July 2008 in Bangalore, India? I seem to have lost the decree that I had. I have forgotten the lawyer's name who helped me with the case. I am currently living in USA. I need the document as I have recently got remarried and need the papers for legal documentation here

you should have case number to apply certified copies of divorce decree, and if documents destroyed you won't get entire file and documents, only you get the copies of final decree. so try to get the the you peititon number .

okay if you had your case number and year so which year were filed divorce and which additional can you have any information please send I will prepare and ready for you divorce decree copy divide AZ NY information if you get your divorce decree copy otherwise it is deficult

you need to provide the cas number or date on which said case was filed by you in the court . again once your number is found out, in order to obtain a copy from Court either the parties to the case or advocate concerned has to apply . For any one other than thesec one more vakalat form that is power along with affidavit signed by one of the parties . you better then trust the whole matter Tu locate Bangalore do all the things to that advocate
