I have a query related non mutual consent divorce

My Husband is asking for a divorce. He is staying in Banglore for last 8-9 months due to his job and told me to stay with my parents until he come back so that I can continue my job. However, in June, 2019 he called me and said we should get separated. But I was not agree to it. Still he wants a divorce. Now my question is 1. He did not send me any notice yet, so should I wait for his Notice? 2. Or should I send him a notice from my end? 3. What if he did not send any notice for next 1-2 year? Is there any action I can take? 4. Is it okay after he file the petition I don't hire any lawyer due to lack of money? 5. As I am ready to stay with him and continue but still he refuse then is there any chance I can ask alimony? Religion : Hindu
