I got married in 2012,my wife's nature is not normal from beginning, i have a son who is 5years of age. My wife is doing cruelty behavior with me such as not making proper food, most of the time no food cooked, I have to eat outside, when she got angry start's trashing her head in wall, also she is heaving cleaning phobia washing clothes, utensils for 1-2hours, bathing for 1.5hrs...we don't have physical relations from last 3years..she mentally harassed me by all the above mentioned issues... My marriage 7years will complete in November 2019..iwant separation from her please suggest and helped me what should i do to save my self from her???
you can definitely file a case for divorce from your wife on the grounds mentioned by you in your query. All these are valid and acceptable grounds for filing a case for divorce. as you have mentioned that she is not behaving properly and thereby causing mental cruelty.

I have peruse your query carefully and minutely. you are having a good and valid ground for divorce as comes under the catagory of mental cruelty but you have to wait until the 7 years of marriage which will be completed in November 2019 as you mentioned. The purpose of waiting is to avoid unnecessary cases which will be file by your wife against you like 498 A , 3/4 dowry act etc where you have to prove that you are innocent until the completion of period of seven years. sure you can get divorce from your wife in the ground of cruelty. this type of act is amount of cruelty file a petition in sec 13(1a) of hindu marriage act. but if you file the divorce first you need to pay her alimony and other maintenance.
