I filed sec9, husband filed sec13 1 ia. Court counseling failed. I am not ready to continue with him. No kids. How to prove he was inactive in marital life? Can I ask judge to do impotent test on my husband, what was the process?

1. if you are not interested to continue the relationship with him then there is no need to file a sec 9 case by you. 2. you have file strong objection to the case filed by your husband stating that he is impotent. 3. you have to prove it before the court that your husband is impotent by leading evidence.

A single female is eligible to adopt a child of any gender, however, a single male person is not eligible to adopt a girl child. In the case of a couple, the consent of both spouses shall be required.

if you were and are not prepared to live with your husbard filing Sec. 9 was not a good step.. Also, whether your lawyer has filed reply objections in divorce case. ? If you have followed a single line of defence throughout. in then cases you can even mono ask Court to permit medical examination to prove his impotency.
