I feel very helpless and traumatised. PLEASE HELP

20-Apr-2025 (In Divorce Law)

I married a man (his second marrg) in 2020, who had falsely claimed income n assets. I have a 13-yr-old son too. He too has a son and daughter. But he has taken away all my savings of Rs 10 lakhs and now constantly threatens me that he will leave me. I have nowhere to go. I feel he may either kill me or he may vanish. Whr will I go? I hv no house, no money. How will I survive with my young son? Im Graduate but Im not so smart to get a job. Please help me. I am very helpless.

if your husband has a second marriage thr first marriage will be null and void he has taken 10 lakh from you you can file a recovery suit it will take 6 months you have no house no money you can file for protection under the domestic violence act

it's no matter if your marriage is first or second. matter is your valid husband liable to pay his liabilities. and maintain you and your child. if he does not agree then you need to file a maintenance case in the court. or domestic violence case.

If you have this much of fear that he may kill you or vanish then you should take some legal action to protect yourself and your son. There are so many NGO which work for the women protection. I can help you to file the case and court proceedings. If you have some skill then try to improve that. Those NGO will also help you in that thing.
