I don't want divorce from my partner

Hello sir, i signed on notary papers but now i don't want divorce from my partner.what i do now ? Please help me

hello, some more details are required to answer your question, like have you signed mutual divorce papers or any other compromise agreement in terms of alimony or child custody etc,. so even if you have signed any of the documents, you can ask the court not to grant divorce, and contest the case.

hi
mere signing of notary papers do not constitute divorce. a divorce decree has to be obtained only through a family court.
you can contest the notary paper if submitted as evidence against you by claiming that the same was obtained using force, undue influence , coercion etc.

sister whatever are wherever and whate aur the court mein bhi ask you signed in the world agreement papers maybe it was forced by the you ver you signed husband and your husband relatives are someone else so you don't worry about the diverse you are not at all legally diverse you are not legally Divas here you should take legally diverse papers valid agreement written outside the port will not be considered as a diverse papers that if you want any legal assistance consult me my name is Jyoti
