I Dont Want Divorce Because Of My Daughter

I ve filed FIR 498a against my in-laws and hubby ,I just want to live separately with my hubby cause of my 6 month old daughter,is there any way out? Religion hindu
See please do not make any records of what you wrote here that you dont want live with your in laws rather you want to separately stay from them. Such thought is a good ground for divorce as per courts order passed few months ago. So indirectly create the situation where your husband will shift out keeping recorded statement
