Hello Good Afternoon, As you said that, you got married in 2014 and since your marriage your husband is not interested in you. and you both were seperated since 9 years. here it's not clear that your husband want divorce or not, if your husband does not want divorce then you can file Contested Divorce. and if you both agree for divorce then mutual Divorce can be file. their are different procedure for contested divorce and mutual divorce. mutual divorce is cost eficient, less time required And get a result in very less time. compare to contested divorce is time consuming and not an cost eficient. for more details for procedure and querries then contact us and visit our website.

With reference to your query please take note that you can approach the family court my filing a petition for divorce on the ground of desertion and cruelty. You can also file and application seeking maintenance from your husband. you can approach the criminal court under the provisions of domestic violence act and seek residence order from the court. for making the draft and filing petition before the court you need to take the assistance of an advocate. regards

You may get in touch with your husband and ask him if he is ready for Mutual consent divorce which take only 6 months time but if he does not agree then you can file divorce on the ground of desertion since you are staying separately from him for many years.

Well, you can file for a Mutual Divorce, if he is agreeing to Divorce you. If he is not agreeing to Divorce you, then, you can file a case on the ground of Non Consummation of Marriage or Illegal Desertion, if he has illegally deserted you on baseless grounds.
