I am mother , Taking child ( doughters 3y/5y) Custody

After Immense harrasment by husband, with weak mindset,I turned to extra marital affair. Now my husband took away the 2 daughters( 2y +5y) from me and thrown me out of home, already 1year is gone. What next pls suggest me,

if there is sufficient proof regarding your extra marital affair there no chance for you to get custody of the daughters. at least you can under mutual agreement go for mutual divorce with visitation right. and no proof is there you can ask for custody also.

Dear Madam, If the wife is in adultery the only right lies with the husband to deny maintenance and to file divorce case and to get custody of children. Which is happened in your case. If you are comfortable you can continue your relationship with that guy or file a divorce case and claim for alimony.

you can file maintenance case along DV case against to your husband than you will get maintenance than you file one more case for children don't worry cal at any time inwil help you if you want children

Your children cannot be separated from youespecially the younger one aged just 2 years. you can see the help of court in getting back the custody of your children. I advise you not to admit your Extra marital affair in the whole issue anywhere.
